We are happy to deliver anywhere you are, or wherever the gift needs to be! Need a gift sent to the hospital? Give us a call and we are happy to help you with your destination. We deliver gifts all over Australia and Worldwide via FASTWAY Couriers or Australia Post based on what is the most efficient option.
We value the convenience of a next-day delivery service and a straightforward postage rate scheme and are therefore proud to introduce our simple FLAT RATE of $5.95 for all deliveries within Sydney Metro. For most other major cities, a simple delivery fee structure of SMALL, MEDIUM & LARGE PARCELS ($7.95, $9.95 & $14.95 respectively) apply and the dispatch of orders within 24 hours of order placement.
Parcel size is clearly mentioned within the product description & if you are purchasing multiply items, the total shipping charge will be automatically calculated for you at CHECKOUT. For some remote areas within Australia, different charges of $9.95, $14.95 & $19.95 for SMALL, MEDIUM & LARGE PARCELS apply.
We are happy to offer FREE DELIVERY within Australia for orders totalling more than $250!

FASTWAY Couriers guarantee fast delivery and Sydney Metropolitan orders are delivered NEXT DAY for purchases placed before 9.00am. For estimations on all other areas, please refer to guide below:

For hospital or corporate deliveries via FASTWAY Couriers the gifts will be left upon signature with the most appropriate person.
Fastway Couriers will not deliver to a PO Box address, therefore if you prefer a courier to deliver your gift, ensure that you supply a street address, if this is not possible, we will use Australia Post to deliver the item (however, please note that if you are in Sydney, this means it will be next day delivery and not same day!).
Please note Fastway Couriers only deliver between business hours. Therefore, please ensure you select an address where somebody will be there to sign for the parcel (as Fastway will not redirect your parcel), or alternatively state in the notes section at Checkout if you authorise Fastway to leave the parcel in a certain area.
No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays - orders will be delivered on the next working day.

International Orders & Shipping
Our standard shipping service for International orders will be with Australia Post Airmail; therefore our flat rates do not apply. International deliveries will take 3-10 business days, depending on your location! Your total shipping cost is calculated automatically at 'Checkout' with insurance built in.
In the occurrence that your order incurs an 'excess shipping fee' due to a bulky or extra-large order, you will be contacted prior to shipment.
Although Australia Post is a prominent & steadfast postal service, mishaps do occasionally happen. We are unable take responsibility for the loss or damage of parcels once dispatched.
* Free delivery for orders over $250 does not apply to International orders.
Exchange & Returns
Our products have been carefully selected and we stand by their quality. We have great confidence that you will absolutely love your purchase; however, if you are not 100% happy ... we will gladly assist you in choosing something else from our collection. We will gladly exchange within 14 days of the purchase date! A Return Authorisation Number (RA#) must be obtained for all items returned for an exchange and be received in the same care & condition as they were delivered. That is, in original packaging, labels intact, the item unused and/or unworn. A copy of the receipt ought to accompany the returned item and additional delivery charges for the exchange will be charged accordingly. Please ensure RA# is clearly labelled on parcel or enclosed.
Sale items are not exchangeable or refundable.

Faulty Returns
Our products are thoroughly checked and packaged carefully before they are delivered to you or the lucky addressee! However, should you deem the product faulty, we urge you to contact us via phone or email to discuss and obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA#). Faulty concerns must be raised within 7 days of purchase or receiving. Please ensure RA# is clearly labelled on parcel or enclosed.
We will credit, exchange or refund the cost of the faulty item, on the approval of fault. Returned items must have original labels and packaging intact. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
Stock Availability
If the item you selected has not been updated with a "TEMPORARILY SOLD OUT" or "COMING SOON" notice and is actually out of stock, we will inform you within 1 business day upon receipt of your order. On request, we will advise you via e-mail of the backorder/delivery schedule should you wish to wait for this item to arrive!
